Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a long established independent agent based in Purley are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their established team in the Purley area. 

Working Hours for the Senior Lettings Negotiator: 

• 8.30 –6 Monday to Friday.
• 8.30 –5 on a Saturday
• A minimum of 2 Saturdays required per month (with a day I lieu), ideally all Saturdays.

Salary/Package for the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator: 

• Basic salary and car allowance – £21,000
• OTE £26,000 - £38,000
• Ongoing career progression and support.
• Working under a reputable and very well-established local brand

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Working as part of the Lettings team to organise viewings.
• Managing the application and offer process.
• Winning new business and building relationships.
• Overseeing the ID Certifications, right to rents, and outsourced referencing.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are kept up to date and are accurate.
• Maintaining regular contact with any potential tenants.

Requirements for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential
• Local knowledge is desired but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and desire to achieve targets and goals.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
