Our client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully selling and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners for Southwest Home Counties Excellence 3 times.

Looking for an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Lettings Manager who is also able to list for their Epsom office, you will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, have a great personality and be focussed on winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
