Join a leading independent estate agency in Haslemere as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lettings or sales professional ready to step up in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
Match applicants with suitable rental properties
Arrange and conduct viewings
Maximize leads and manage appointments efficiently
Support the full lettings process through to tenancy

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in lettings or estate agency sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Driven, organized, and confident under pressure
Full UK driving licence and own car required

What’s on Offer

£25,000–£30,000 basic salary
OTE £45,000
Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
