The Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in growing our lettings business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a seamless rental process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Sourcing and securing new rental properties
? Conducting market appraisals and valuations
? Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
? Negotiating tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
? Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to prospective tenants
? Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
? Staying updated with market trends and industry regulations

About You:
?? Proven experience in a lettings negotiator role
?? Strong knowledge of the Elmbridge property market
?? Excellent negotiation and communication skills
?? Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused approach
?? Ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service
?? Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
