£25k base + uncapped commission (OTE £61.5k+

Role Overview

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the driving force for our client's number 1 office in Canary Wharf, converting enquiries into deals!

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience and in return, you’ll have an opportunity to be part of a high-performing Lettings team in one of London’s premier financial and residential hubs.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify lettings leads via online portals, social media, and onsite enquiries

Conduct property viewings in Canary Wharf, showcase key features, and build rapport with prospective tenants

Negotiate offers and manage all stages of the tenancy process, from referencing to move-in

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on pipeline activity

Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to secure repeat instructions

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure high-impact property promotions and events

Achieve and regularly exceed personal and team targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar in a residential estate agency

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Commercial awareness of the Canary Wharf and wider East London rental market

Highly organised, able to manage multiple viewings and pipeline stages in parallel

Confident using CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office suite

Full UK driving licence is advantageous
