Job Description - Senior Lettings Negotiator

£25k Basic
£60k OTE
Car Allowance

Senior Lettings Negotiator - Queens Park

We’re searching for a driven and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Valuer to join a high-performing team in a thriving market at an Independent Agency in West London. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for property, a proven track record in lettings, and a keen ability to win instructions.

The Package

Guaranteed Salary: for the first three months.
Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum thereafter.
OTE: £60k
Commission:
- 10% on each sale completed.
- 3% on each new instruction.
Car Allowance: £3,000 per annum (must have your own car).
- Business petrol and parking expenses covered.
On Target Earnings (OTE): Unlimited potential with competitive commissions.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every fourth Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Conduct valuations to secure new instructions, winning clients with your expertise and professionalism.
Oversee the lettings process, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Drive business growth by building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales and instruction targets.
Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Experience: Proven background in lettings and valuations, with a strong record of success.
Ambitious: Target-driven and motivated to exceed expectations.
Professional: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Organized: Able to manage a busy workload efficiently.
Mobile: Own a car and happy to travel locally as required.
