Salary - £25,000, OTE - £50,000 + Car allowance £4,000

Full licence and own car required

Hours: 5-day week - Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2-3 year’s experience to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. Typically, this role will involve:

• Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
• Building relationships with Landlords and tenants
• Conducting viewings
• Keeping tenants and landlords constantly updated
• Handling negotiations and queries

Candidates must be:

• Confident and outgoing
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Punctual and well presented.
• Motivated and target driven.
• Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.
• Full UK Driving Licence
