Senior Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Commission

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable estate agency with decades of industry experience. They're currently seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their lettings branch in Cardiff.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for property. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of lettings experience and a strong knowledge of the Cardiff property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively chase leads and identify new opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
Arrange and host property viewings, providing all relevant information to prospective tenants.
Maintain professional communication with landlords and secure new lets both verbally and in writing.
Deliver a high level of service to landlords and tenants at all times.
Strive to hit and exceed monthly lettings and performance targets.
Help grow the lettings and management portfolio by bringing new landlords on board.
Carry out accurate rental valuations and offer expert advice in line with current legislation and company policy.
Efficiently manage and organise viewings, ensuring appropriate notice is given to current tenants.
Managing the lettings department and actively contribute towards business development.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year's lettings experience, ideally gained within the Cardiff area.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cardiff and surrounding areas.
Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence
Certification: Rent Smart Wales licence is desirable but not essential.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong time-management and diary-organisation skills
Experience: Minimum of 1 year’s lettings experience, ideally gained within the Cardiff area.
