Senior Lettings Negotiator

• Experience in lettings and business generation required
• Comfortable with all aspects of the lettings cycle
• Full, clean UK driving licence

My clients are on the hunt for a driven, personable, and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join them in East Oxford. If you’ve got at least a year in lettings under your belt and the confidence to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

This isn’t one of those "coast for a few months while you settle in" jobs. We need someone who’s ready to make an impact from day one – bringing energy, ideas, and a bit of charm to every conversation.

You’ll be registering applicants, booking viewings, securing instructions, and negotiating deals – all while managing tenancies from start to finish, ensuring compliance, handling paperwork and deposits, and building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in driving lettings performance and representing the NV Estates brand with pride and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone with at least 12 months’ experience in residential lettings. You’ll need to be confident, engaging, and customer-focused, with a strong personality and a proven ability to manage a varied and busy workload. You’ll understand the lettings process inside out, be comfortable using property software, and ideally have some experience generating new business. A full UK driving licence is essential.
