Job Title: Lettings Negotiator - Canary Wharf

Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: Basic up to £25,000 | £75,000 OTE | 2-month initial guarantee | Pool car provided
Commission: Scaled structure from 9% to 30%
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday with an early finish

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants

• Arranging and attending property viewings

• Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working to and exceeding personal and team targets

• Staying up to date with market trends and legal requirements

Key Requirements:

• 2 + years in Lettings

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence
