Job Description - Senior Lettings Negotiator - Cheam

Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Cheam, South West London
Salary: £28,000 Basic | £55,000+ OTE

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and ambitious independent estate agency in Cheam. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced lettings professional looking to take the lead and contribute to the continued success of a growing business.
The Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish—building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, securing new instructions, and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting viewings and securing tenancy agreements
Registering prospective tenants and matching them with suitable properties
Winning new business and converting landlord leads
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
Supporting junior team members and contributing to team targets
Ensuring compliance and smooth move-in processes

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings
Proven ability to generate business and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, driven, and highly organised
Good understanding of lettings legislation and best practices
Full UK driving licence and own car required

What You’ll Receive:

£28,000 basic salary
£55,000+ On-Target Earnings (uncapped commission)
