An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded independent estate agency based in the heart of Earls Court, covering prestigious areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, and Mayfair.

With 70+ active listings to Let and a constant stream of high-quality inbound leads, this agency is looking to expand its team by bringing on board a Senior Lettings Negotiator who is highly money motivated and driven by results.

What's on offer:

• Up to £25,000 basic salary

• 10% uncapped commission

• Realistic £70,000+ OTE

• Use of on-site pool car (fuel paid)

• Work with a strong stocklist of high-end properties

• Be part of a lean team - only one other Negotiator

• High volume of enquiries and warm leads

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm

• Every other Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
