Pertemps are currently looking for a Senior Lifeguard based on the outskirts of Andover.

Temp to Perm position
Salary: £24,700 per annum
Rotating shift patterns - 38hrs a week

Duties:
- Carry out lifeguard duties to supervise and ensure the safety of the swimming pool users and the pool environment
- Ensure the Normal Operating Procedures (NOP) are followed to help prevent accidents and respond to emergencies in accordance with the Emergency Action Plan
- Deliver first aid and complete accident reports as and when required
- Ensure the highest possible standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained by carrying out routine cleaning tasks where required
- Take responsibility for the opening and closing of the facilities
- Order and manage the supply of consumables including chemicals and specialist cleaning items within budget

Requirements for this role:
- Active NPLQ qualification with previous experience of work as a lifeguard (Essential)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and other legislation in relation to swimming pool operations, such as COSHH (Desirable)
- Qualification in Pool Plant Operation (Desirable)
- Excellent Verbal Skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the school
