Zachary Daniels are partnering with a high growth business who are looking to appoint a Senior Logistics Lead.

This role will take the reins of the dispatch and inventory operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be the driving force behind fulfilment - ensuring every item is picked, packed, and delivered accurately, securely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment operation

• Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders to strict deadlines

• Ensure every product leaves in pristine condition and is beautifully presented

• Collaborate with sales, and customer service teams to solve problems fast

• Roll up your sleeves during peak times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Support other departments from goods-in and e-commerce when required

Initially, you'll own this function solo - but as we scale, you'll be expected to build and lead your own high-performing team.
