THE ROLE

You'll focus on three main pillars: managing the business's gamification programme to offer customers rewards to boost loyalty, partnerships, and customer experience and journeys.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Campaign Management experience
• Experience working on loyalty schemes or gamification programmes
• Creative and proactive approach
