We're currently seeking a Senior macOS and Jamf Engineerto join a dynamic Technical Team. This is your chance to contribute to a fast-expanding company while taking ownership of exciting technical projects in a creative media environment.

Diverse Responsibilities: From providing tier 3 escalation support and security best practices implementation to documentation and training, no two days will be the same. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the future of our IT infrastructure.
Work with Cutting-Edge Tech: Stay ahead of the curve with hands-on experience in Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Apple Device Enrollment, Volume Purchase Program, and more. You’ll be working with top-tier Apple security technologies like FileVault 2 and the T2 Security Chip.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle of Jamf solutions architecture, from design to implementation and maintenance.
Provide tthird line support for advanced issues.
Work on ISO 9001 & 27001 documentation, ensuring compliance and improving security procedures.
Automate workflows, manage software packages, and ensure that devices remain updated and secure.

What We’re Looking For:

Expert-level knowledge of macOS, Jamf Pro, and cloud-based systems.
Strong experience with networking protocols and security best practices.
Previous work with Apple Business Manager is a plus.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
