A leading construction business based in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Management Accountantwho's ready to take ownership, drive financial insights, and lead process improvements across a fast-moving organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness

• Driving P&L insight and delivering meaningful financial analysis to senior stakeholders

• Implementing and enhancing financial processes and controls

• Collaborating across departments to support business growth and decision-making

What we're looking for:

• ACA-qualified (ideally Big 4 background)

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and business partnering

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - construction sector experience is a plus
