Senior Management Accountant

Our client are seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team. In this role, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities including monthly closures, financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to the financial health and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting including bank reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger management
• Manage month-end and year-end accounts to strict deadlines
• Support financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Prepare tax and VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain internal controls and manage fixed assets and lease reporting
• Provide credit control for UK and European customers
• Assist with audits and financial disclosures

Key attributes

• Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred, ACCA considered)
• 3+ years of industry management accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline a plus)
• Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• French or German language skills are a bonus but not essential
