Senior Management Accountant

Join a dynamic and growing team at in Warwick a leading provider of bespoke solutions across the UK. We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Management Accountant to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within our business.

As Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and Finance Director and collaborate closely with operational teams. You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, accurate reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Provide financial insights to operational teams to support performance improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Support with year-end processes and audits
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or QBE)
• Proven experience in a similar management accounting role
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Experience in a service industry is desirable but not essential
