About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in the East Midlands, offering 1 day per week remote working. You'll play a central role in overseeing financial compliance and reporting across multiple international regions, supporting efficiency, transparency, and strategic growth in line with our global vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and compliance for operations across regions

• Collaborate with local advisors to ensure tax and statutory compliance in each market

• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements aligned with group reporting standards

• Develop financial models and forecasting to support international expansion and performance tracking

• Oversee intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations

• Identify and implement cost control opportunities to improve financial efficiency

• Support audits and regulatory submissions across jurisdictions

What You'll Bring

• ACCA or CIMA finalist or fully qualified

• Strong analytical, forecasting and financial reporting skills

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in international finance or accounting is highly desirable

• Proficient in interpreting IFRS or GAAP frameworks

• A keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
