• True Business Partnering: Work directly with Sales Unit Managers and the Head of Finance to challenge, support, and improve business performance.

• Lead monthly reporting, system uploads, and financial analysis for UK operations.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory controls, and key financial processes.
• Support audits, ensure balance sheet integrity, and maintain fixed asset registers.
• Partner with production and sales teams to analyse variances, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
• Deliver insights that influence decision-making and support strategic planning.

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with experience at a Senior Management Accountant level.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, including product costing and inventory control.
• Proficiency in SAP (especially controlling/production modules), Hyperion, and Excel.
• A proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to challenge constructively.
