Senior Management Accountant

KennedyPearce are working with a leading media agency based in West London hiring a Senior Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team based in Hammersmith. Offering hybrid working, this role reports directly to the Financial Controller and will play a key role in supporting the finance activities across their growing Sports department. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone newly qualified or with 1-2 years PQE looking to take ownership and build commercial depth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant:

• Collaborate with the Revenue Accountant to prepare and distribute revenue invoices
• Review revenue contracts for invoicing and reporting implications
• Maintain and improve the debtors ageing report
• Take ownership of credit control and debtor follow-ups
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journals, and flux analysis
• Process new deals and monitor revenue trackers (via shared mailbox)
• Work with systems and project managers to ensure accuracy across reporting
• Support the budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Assist in statutory audit prep, providing schedules and documentation
• Ad-hoc support for the Financial Controller and Finance Director

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• A genuine passion for sport is highly desirable
