The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in the finance team of a dynamic commercial property environment. This position will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting function and lead on specific finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Management Accounts

• Preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts

• VAT returns and compliance

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting processes across multiple entities

• Supporting the team with transaction processing

• Reconciling Service Charges for audit and review

• Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

• Strong management accounting and reporting experience

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)

• Knowledge of property management accounting systems – Propman experience advantageous

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
