This business is crying out for someone with your drive and ambition, as they require a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to help them on the next stage of their growth journey. There is a real opportunity to improve the finance function of the group and demonstrate the value you can add to a business. You'll have access to a wealth of data that's lacked any commercial insight, so you'll relish the opportunity to look at product margins and costings and support the wider group to make better informed decisions.

You'll be reporting into an experienced FD who will be there to support and mentor you as well as giving you the opportunity to manage a small team yourself. The group is highly acquisitive, and you'll be directly involved in integrating the new businesses into the existing group structure. As part of the Group Function, you'll be liaising with all the MD's and FD's for the group companies to pull together the Group consolidations for the PE House. This isn't a business-as-usual role, so your naturally proactive approach will allow you to shape this role to suit you, keeping it fun and interesting for many years to come.

You'll be able to work hybrid in this role, 2/3 days WFH, along with eligibility for a company bonus scheme and plenty of other ad-hoc benefits
