Senior Management Consultant - Strategic Sourcing (Apparel Retail)

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and cost transformation programmes across apparel and fashion-led businesses

• Work with executive stakeholders (CPOs, COOs, CFOs) to assess procurement strategies, supplier ecosystems, and supply chain resilience

• Drive value across the design-to-shelf lifecycle, from product development and vendor selection to contract optimisation and market expansion

• Oversee teams delivering sourcing diagnostics, cost baselining, and supplier negotiations in emerging and mature markets

• Provide thought leadership on supply chain digitisation, ESG in sourcing, and global vendor risk strategies

• Proven experience in management consulting or a specialist procurement advisory firm

• Strong industry knowledge of fashion, apparel, or multi-category retail sourcing models

• Expertise in direct sourcing, private label manufacturing, and margin improvement

• Commercial and analytical thinker with gravitas to influence board-level decision-making

• Willingness to travel globally for client delivery (as needed)
