Job Description - Senior Management Reporting - Jersey - UK

Key Responsibilities Management Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
Produce variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Consolidate financial and operational KPIs across business units.
Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of performance metrics.

Financial Analysis

Conduct deep‑dive analysis into revenue, costs, margin, and operational trends.
Support scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and business case development.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Data Integrity & Systems

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within reporting systems.
Support the development and enhancement of BI tools and automation initiatives.
Liaise with IT and finance systems teams to improve reporting processes.

Stakeholder Support

Work closely with senior management to interpret results and provide actionable insights.
Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders.
Partner with operational teams to understand underlying business drivers.
