• Develop and coach department managers and team leaders to achieve high performance

• Collaborate with head office teams in buying, marketing, and visual merchandising

• Manage KPIs, compliance, and operational excellence to the highest standards

What You'll Bring:

• Senior leadership experience in premium fashion, fast fashion, or multi-site retail

• Background as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or large-format Store Manager

• Strong commercial skills with a track record of driving sales and profit

• Passion for customer service and team development
