Reed Finance is delighted to be working with a leading firm who are seeking a talented and driven Corporate Tax Manager to join its dynamic and growing tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to multinational organisations, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance projects, including tax provisioning and HMRC interactions.
• Plan and oversee tax compliance timetables, liaising with client teams and internal departments.
• Provide consultancy on a range of tax advisory matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership in business development and strategic planning.
• Identify technical and risk issues, exercising sound judgement.
• Ensure assignments are completed within budget and timescales.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, including recruitment and performance management.

What you need to succeed:

• CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
