Your role as Senior Manager / Director

• You'll be responsible for leading and growing the transactional finance recruitment offering in London, targeting roles up to £45k across a variety of clients and sectors.
• You'll lead from the front: billing, developing key client relationships, mentoring consultants, and helping shape the office culture and long-term growth strategy.
• With access to warm clients, a great reputation, and plenty of market demand, the right leader will find this an incredibly fertile ground for success.

What you'll need to succeed as Senior Manager / Director

• Strong recruitment leadership experience, ideally within transactional finance or similar

• A proven billing record and ability to mentor and grow consultants

• Confidence with commercial strategy - understanding margins, budget planning, and team metrics

• High energy, resilience, and a collaborative, coaching-led approach to leadership
