What do you become part of

You will join CCEP’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and lead our employer brand and talent attraction strategy across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will help shape how CCEP shows up to the talent we need now and in the future, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Communications and our local markets.

What will you do 

• Define and lead CCEP’s global employer brand and talent attraction strategy, aligned to our workforce priorities, future skills and business needs.


• Own the full talent attraction funnel, including media strategy, agency partnerships, CRM, campaigns and channel performance, with accountability for improving engagement, conversion and the diversity and quality of talent pipelines.


• Shape the end-to-end candidate experience across our careers ecosystem, including personalisation, search and generative engine optimisation, talent communities and candidate journey design.


• Proactively manage CCEP’s employer reputation across markets, lead our Top Employers programme and other external recognition, and provide guidance to local markets.


• Build a strong measurement and technology approach for employer brand, using AI, marketing technology and analytics to improve targeting, content, efficiency and return on investment.

What we expect from you

• Experience leading global employer brand, talent attraction and/or talent marketing across a complex, international organisation.


• Understanding of talent marketing, segmentation, candidate behaviour, digital channels, employee advocacy and recruitment technology.


• Experience using talent intelligence, analytics and market insights to identify gaps, shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders.


• Experience using AI, automation and experimentation to improve content, candidate experience, personalisation and marketing effectiveness, while maintaining authenticity and brand standards.


• Experience managing global marketing budgets, agency partnerships and cross-functional relationships across different markets and cultures.
