Job Description - Senior Manager, Field Operations, EMEA & APAC
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders across the business to formulate and execute long term plans (including OPEX, HC, financials) and GTM strategies for the EMEA and APJ regions, specifically focused on supporting Sales teams. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement within field operations. Forecasting \u0026 Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance revenue forecasting models and reporting systems, providing up-to-date insights for executive leadership. Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the sales leaders to drive effective pipeline management, ensuring visibility into sales health and revenue projections. Operational Efficiency: Design, implement, and refine effective sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance team productivity and efficiency across the entire sales cycle. Process Optimisation: Lead efforts to continually examine and refine sales methodologies and cross-functional hand-offs to achieve optimal sales performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to align strategic objectives, streamline communication, and foster a cohesive, collaborative environment between sales, marketing, product, and other key teams. Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in field operations or sales operations leadership roles, with a strong focus on international markets. Proven track record of scaling sales operations in EMEA and APJ regions. Data Expertise: Superior analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated capacity to think strategically, formulate winning plans, and execute effectively, while adapting to dynamic international market conditions. Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Influencing without Formal Authority: Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across a matrixed organisation, even without direct authority over stakeholders. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with sales technology stacks, including CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement tools, and business intelligence platforms (Clari).
