Today’s CFO agenda extends far beyond traditional finance. It requires data-driven decision making, real-time process visibility, and continuous optimisation of finance operations. CFOs are under increasing pressure to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen controls, manage cash effectively, and drive efficiency—while doing more with fewer resources. 
Process Mining, Process Intelligence, and Process Simplification are critical enablers of this agenda. Wipro’s Finance Transformation services leverage these capabilities to provide fact-based transparency across finance value chains (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A), identify inefficiencies, and drive scalable, sustainable simplification and automation. 
We help CFOs transition from managing finance operations to orchestrating intelligent, insight-led finance functions that act as true business partners. 
This is a Senior Manager role within our Finance Transformation consulting practice, focused on driving growth across strategic accounts. The role combines client advisory, business development, and delivery leadership, with a strong emphasis on data-driven transformation powered by process mining and intelligence platforms. 
The role reports into the UKI Head of Finance Transformation Consulting.

Who We Are Looking For:

1.    Hands-on experience of process intelligence (in terms of GTM and delivery - leveraging preferably Celonis and/or ARIS). Task Mining experience is a bonus.
2.    Must have business domain background within Finance Transformation function 
3.    Ability to identify and ‘functionally’ design an AI solution around a business problem, with ability to evidence.
4.    Must have played client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Transformation Advisory
Lead complex Finance Transformation engagements as the primary client advisor, with a focus on data-driven process transparency and optimisation 
Advise CFOs on leveraging Process Mining and Process Intelligence to uncover inefficiencies, compliance risks, and value leakage across finance processes 
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Wipro as a strategic partner in intelligent finance transformation 

Consulting Delivery Excellence

Own end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes, driving: 
•    Process discovery, conformance analysis, and performance benchmarking 
•    Process simplification and standardisation initiatives 
•    Continuous monitoring and optimisation using process intelligence platforms 

Ensure measurable value realisation (cost efficiency, working capital improvement, cycle time reduction, control effectiveness) 
Process Mining & Intelligence Led Transformation
Lead the integration of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio) into finance transformation programmes 
Translate process insights into actionable transformation initiatives including automation, process harmonisation, and policy optimisation 
Drive adoption of continuous improvement operating models enabled by process intelligence 

Business Development & Growth
Shape differentiated client propositions centred on process-led finance transformation and intelligent operations 
Build compelling, value-backed business cases using process mining insights to quantify ROI 
Expand Wipro’s footprint through consultative selling and innovation-led engagement 

Cross-Service & Ecosystem Collaboration
Partner with Global Business Lines and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions 
Enable “One Wipro” transformation narratives anchored in process intelligence 

People Leadership & Capability Building
Develop high-performing consulting teams across process mining, finance transformation, and AI-led finance 
Build internal capability and IP in process intelligence-led offerings 

Thought Leadership & Market Presence
Develop thought leadership around process mining, CFO decision-making, and continuous optimisation 
Contribute to market positioning through publications and industry engagement
