Senior Manager - FP&A

We are working with a fast paced business to find a highly motivated and commercially minded Senior Manager for their Financial Planning & Analysis team.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a high growth business, within a dynamic platform experiencing rapid growth and strategic transformation

The key remits include but will not be limited to;

• Lead the consolidation of group-level financials across entities
• Own and enhance the company's long-range strategic cash flow models
• Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts at the corporate level
• Define and monitor key corporate-level KPIs
• Partner with department heads across HR, Legal, IT, and Finance to manage budgets
• Support on high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments

The ideal candidate will be;

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting
• Qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/CA
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with planning tools i.e Anaplan
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and board-facing interactions
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach
