With a solid understanding of UK employment law and experience supporting global teams, you will help shape an inclusive and scalable people strategy. This role requires sound judgment, a people-first mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple regions.

  • Coach managers on performance, team dynamics, communication, and HR-related decision-making with an inclusive, culturally aware approach.

HR Generalist Expertise

  • Provide comprehensive support across performance management, talent calibration, compensation cycles, and offboarding.

  • Manage employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy guidance while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proactively adjust policies and practices.

Project Management & Program Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional HR and organizational projects (e.g., total rewards, career ladders, performance model redesign, HRIS optimization, policy harmonization, global culture initiatives).

  • Create and drive project plans, timelines, communications, and success metrics.

  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure programs are culturally sensitive and scalable.

Culture, Engagement & Change Management

  • Partner with leaders to strengthen team culture, ways of working, and cross-geography collaboration.

  • Drive change initiatives through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and high visibility.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Use people analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across regions.

  • Prepare monthly dashboards and executive-level insights to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Streamline HR processes across the global footprint to improve consistency, compliance, and the overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications and experience

  • 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience; prior experience supporting UK and/or global teams required or strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance obligations.

  • Demonstrated project management experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.

  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills, including executive-level communication and storytelling.

  • High integrity, discretion, and sound decision-making.

  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence.

  • Inclusive, collaborative, and people-centered leadership style.

  • Global HR experience beyond the UK (e.g., U.S., EMEA, APAC) is a plus.

  • Experience in Fintech, Private Equity, or fast-paced mid-market environments is beneficial.

  • HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred but not required.
