Senior Manager - Immigration

Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients. Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Manage and resolve issues and /or escalations due to complex case matters Manage multiple and challenging Country business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients. Manage caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and immigration law application Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law, International Relations, HR, or related field) Strong interest in global mobility, immigration, or international compliance Excellent communication and client service skills, with cultural sensitivity Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Good analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel or SAP Team player with a proactive attitude
