Job Description - Senior Manager - Insurance Risk

A senior hire into insurance risk / oversight at a highly reputable London Market organisation, focusing on governance, assurance and effective oversight frameworks.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering a multi-year assurance plan + thematic reviews
  • Producing risk opinions and supporting key governance forums
  • Acting as a senior second-line advisor, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Coaching / developing capability (small team leadership)
What they're looking for
  • Non-life insurance risk management background or actuarial professionals looking to move into risk
  • Strong assurance / governance mindset (audit/oversight/regulatory exposure helpful)
  • Senior-level writing + stakeholder management
