Meraki Talent’s leading global client is actively looking for a Head of / Senior Manager IT Infrastructure (Global) to join their business at an exciting time. The organisation is rapidly growing, both organically as well as by acquisition, undergoing a substantial period of Digital Transformation, as well as a cloud migration. The Senior Manager IT Infrastructure (Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations) will deliver improvement of the IT infrastructure landscape aligned to the group framework and assist in future technical integrations.
  
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure:
  
- Lead the integration of the infra team to a divisional model
- Lead digital transformation of infra services from on-prem to a cloud model
- Line management of the global infra team
- Define strategy and ensure delivery to planned infra services
- Managing resources in relation to projects
- Continuity of the global infra estate
  
Background of the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure:
  
- Extensive experience working within an IT Infrastructure essential
- Experience working on technical integrations, separations, business mergers and acquisitions etc highly preferable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Adept people manager and developer, ideally that has managed and developed staff remotely
- Experience working within a global business preferable
- Strong cloud experience, experience in on-prem to cloud migrations highly preferable
