Senior Manager - Performance & Insights

This strategic leadership role is central to enhancing organizational performance through data-driven decision-making. The Senior Manager will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure performance frameworks, reporting systems, and insights are aligned with strategic priorities. The role combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and inform high-impact decisions.

• Performance Reporting: Design and manage internal and external reporting frameworks, including KPIs and regulatory submissions.
• Strategic Insights: Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement performance enhancement opportunities across operations and strategy.
• Analytics Advisory: Provide quantitative support for decision-making and foster a culture of data-led thinking across the organization.

• Supports executive and board-level decisions with clear, evidence-based insights.
• Leads cross-functional teams and manages complex stakeholder relationships.
• Drives transformation through data integration in governance, operations, and strategic planning.

• Essential: Proven experience in performance management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Skilled in BI tools and strategic reporting.
• Desirable: Background in economics or behavioral insights.
• Qualifications: BA/Master's degree; experience in life sciences or healthcare sectors preferred.
