Job Description - Senior Manager - PMO Outlets

JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager - PMO Outlets to take ownership of our multi-outlet operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and elevate the guest/customer experience across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and developing outlet managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence

Driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all outlets

Monitoring performance through KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing improvements

Ensuring brand standards, service quality, and compliance are consistently met

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to deliver business objectives

Leading on-site initiatives to enhance customer experience, engagement, and retention

PERSON PROFILE

Proven experience in a multi-site or outlet leadership role (hospitality, retail, F&B, or similar environment)

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving performance and profitability

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, able to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
