Rate: £450-£550 per day (Outside IR35)

We're recruiting for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major baggage handling project at Heathrow Airport.

This is a long-term contract working alongside the design and planning teams, where you'll play a key role in identifying design changes, pricing variations and ensuring commercial risks are picked up early.

The Role

* Measure works from M&E design drawings.

* Review designs and identify any issues, omissions or changes.

* Produce accurate costings for design changes and variations.

* Raise and manage Early Warnings.

* Work closely with the Planner and Design Team to ensure programme changes are reflected commercially.

* Present costs and commercial information to the client.

* Support commercial reporting throughout the project.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.

* Strong understanding of design-stage commercial management.

* Experience pricing variations and change control.

* Good knowledge of NEC contracts and Early Warnings.

* Able to read and interpret M&E design drawings.

* Previous experience on major infrastructure, airport or complex M&E projects would be advantageous.

* Ideally based within commuting distance of Heathrow.
