Senior Marketing & BD Executive

Are you a proactive marketer with a flair for creative content, events, and business development? This niche & highly regarded IP law firm is looking for a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to join their team.

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of firm-wide marketing initiatives while providing tailored business development support to key internal stakeholders. You'll work across the full marketing mix and increasingly take the lead with one or more sector or department teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing assets including brochures, flyers, and digital content
• Deliver targeted social media and email campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact for our SEO agency and contribute to awards and directory submissions
• Lead and support events, BD trips, and conference logistics
• Produce pitches, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and assist in the delivery of sector marketing plans
• Promote CRM best practice (InterAction) and track ROI on BD activity

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in professional services marketing or business development
• High attention to detail, strong communication, and confident stakeholder management
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. InterAction) and design software (e.g. InDesign, Figma)
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite
