About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive to support a high-performing BD & Marketing team. This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days will be the same. You'll work directly with stakeholders across the firm, shaping campaigns, driving events, creating compelling content, and helping deliver client-focused strategies that reflect the firm’s social purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of a bold and values-led business development strategy
• Creating, editing, and proofing a wide range of marketing materials, including podcasts and videos
• Coordinating firmwide events and targeted BD campaigns
• Producing research, reports, and client briefing notes
• Supporting complex tenders and client intelligence projects
• Managing directories and creds pack submissions
• Mentoring junior team members and acting as a final reviewer on BD content
• Collaborating across departments to promote the firm’s purpose-driven services

• Solid experience in business development/marketing within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational flair
• A creative, fast, and enthusiastic team player
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects
• A passion for supporting businesses that value people and the planet
