Senior Marketing Associate (Remote)

Job Description

Trascent, a leading global management consulting firm, focuses on delivering quantifiable, lasting performance improvements in all facets of corporate real estate, including facilities management, real estate, corporate and project services, to global Fortune 500 corporations.

Trascent is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support the firm’s global marketing efforts. This position will report to the Global Marketing Director and also work directly with the Global Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. At times, this person will work closely with the firm’s Leadership team on marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will support many facets of the marketing division, including marketing, branding and communications. Some of these facets include, but not limited to, conducting market research; to supporting the maintenance and project management of the division’s content calendar and projects; to project managing a specific marketing initiative; to supporting the execution of a Trascent event; to researching industry events; to supporting the management of key marketing channels; to supporting marketing operations projects; and to working on special assignments.

Senior Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
Senior Marketing Associate’s role is to support the management and execution of marketing, branding and communications efforts, to include, but not limited to, specific marketing channels (content, social media, SEO, website, events, videos, public relations, and other as specified), initiatives, tasks and special assignments
Support in project managing marketing initiatives as assigned on a day-to-day basis across various key marketing channels
Supporting marketing team on developing and executing email campaigns, social posts, marketing copy for

emails/social/website/brochures/promos/events/other,

project timelines, and other marketing-specific functions, etc.
Coordinating with external marketing partners and vendors with internal teams to ensure alignment and that

tasks/projects/campaigns

continue to move forward through successful execution
Conducting research and due diligence on key marketing initiatives, such as content themes, industry/market research, events, marketing tools, etc.
Undertaking responsibilities related to content development and management
Support the logistics and execution of Trascent Global Conferences, Trascent events and other industry events initiatives, participation, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, etc.
Maintain content calendars/folders, project timelines, marketing tools and other marketing items.
Support in managing marketing operations functions and tools
Working on and supporting the process and execution of department-related and/or firm-wide special projects
Other assigned projects and tasks – as assigned

Senior Marketing Associate Required Skills & Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
Minimum 3+ years B2B marketing experience at a management consulting or professional services firm. Ability to demonstrate these skills and produce satisfactory results
Knowledge and experience using social media platform – LinkedIn for marketing purposes
Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics for website and SEO purposes
Knowledge and experience using an events management tool
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have very strong project management skills and experience using project management tools, such as Asana
Excellent writing and oral communication skills required. Must show high proficiency in writing B2B marketing, communications, promotional and events copy
Track record of successful execution and goal-orientation
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong research and analytical skills
Must be able to handle many tasks simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines
Self-motivated, pro-active, energetic and enthusiastic personality; Must have strong work ethic and the “right attitude” and be “flexible” to work in a remote environment: must be able to work and communicate well with senior executives and fellow employees

Senior Marketing Associate Preferred Experience:
WordPress or related website editing software
Graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Other Requirements:
Location: Remote in East Coast-US or London-UK
Anticipated Travel – Domestically and Internationally: Up to 20%
