We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to lead our brand, digital, events, and communications activity.  You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our visibility, driving lead generation, building our employer brand, and delivering marketing strategies that support our continued growth across our specialist divisions.

You’ll also have the support of, and direct line management responsibility for, another member of the marketing team, helping you deliver campaigns and activities while coaching and developing their marketing skills.

With autonomy to create, refine, and deliver campaigns, access to external specialist support when needed, and an engaged leadership team that values marketing as a core business function, this is a career-defining opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager to make a real impact.

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll receive from day 1:

As the Senior Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and delivering the full marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, events, communications…
• Managing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns and website development
• Driving lead generation and analysing campaign performance to demonstrate ROI
• Creating engaging content and collateral, including blogs, PR, and employer branding material
• Planning and promoting internal and external events, including HR forums, MD Network events, and conferences
• Managing and developing one other marketing team member, overseeing budgets, and reporting results to the leadership team

Ideally, as a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll have the following background/experience:

• Solid experience within a B2B marketing role (recruitment, professional services, or SME background)
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly SEO, paid socials, email marketing, and CRM systems/automation
• A creative and commercially driven approach to campaign creation and brand development
• Confident in analysing marketing data, tracking ROI, and optimising strategies based on insights
• Excellent project management, organisation, and communication skills
• A full UK Driver’s licence and eligibility to work in the UK
