12 FTC Senior Marketing Executive – Travel & Leisure Industry - £33,000 - £35,000
Location: Hybrid – East Grinstead (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Overview:

This role supports the execution of impactful marketing campaigns across CRM, email, newsletters, app notifications, SMS, and print. Working closely with product managers, the wider marketing team, and external agencies, the focus is on driving member engagement and bookings through personalised communications and strategic campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to delivery
• Develop and implement CRM strategies with segmentation and targeting
• Create and present marketing briefs to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs
• Collaborate on content creation and ensure brand consistency
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPA, and other regulations
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant subject
• 3+ years B2C marketing experience with a strong CRM focus
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven with commercial awareness
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
• Experience in travel or leisure sectors is a plus
• Passion for the outdoors or travel is beneficial but not essential
