A leading business in the health/pharma space is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to support commercial growth across EMEA, with a hands-on remit across digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce (eStore), customer engagement, social media (LinkedIn-heavy) and brand launches.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys delivery - managing multiple campaigns and workstreams at pace, coordinating internal/external creative resource, and improving performance through practical optimisation. Strategy, budget ownership and final approvals sit with senior leadership - you will own the day-to-day execution.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage and optimise day-to-day digital activity across EMEA including CRM, email, social, website/landing pages and eCommerce (eStore) Own eStore updates - content, merchandising, product info, imagery, banners, promotions and campaign updates Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns aligned to commercial priorities Manage the EMEA social content calendar with primary focus on LinkedIn - schedule, publish, optimise and report on performance Coordinate website and landing page updates including basic SEO improvements Support EMEA brand/product launches - timelines, asset requirements, stakeholder comms and multi-channel rollout Brief and manage agencies/designers/suppliers/internal resource to deliver assets on time and to brand standards Support sales enablement - presentations, brochures, flyers, customer emails and marketing collateral; maintain organised asset libraries Track agreed marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on evidence Manage multiple deadlines, approvals and dependencies - escalating risks early and ensuring compliance with brand and data requirements
Key skills and experience include:
2-3 years' relevant marketing experience (B2B, distribution, sales-led environment ideal or hopsitality) Practical experience across email marketing/CRM, social, website and/or eCommerce activity Confident briefing and coordinating designers/agencies/suppliers Strong written comms, attention to detail, project coordination and stakeholder management Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and Excel CRM platform exposure preferred (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar) Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
