We're working with a highly regarded and successful property investment business based in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take responsibility for developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads and support the company's wider commercial objectives.

This is a varied, hands-on position covering digital marketing, content creation, campaign management and brand development.

We're looking for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking, identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and introduce new ideas and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage digital marketing activity, including social media, email marketing, website content and online advertising.

*

Create engaging content to promote the business, its services and property investment opportunities.

*

Develop lead generation campaigns to attract and engage prospective customers and investors.

*

Support the development and ongoing improvement of the company's marketing strategy.

*

Manage and maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across all marketing channels.

*

Produce marketing materials, presentations, brochures and promotional content.

*

Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives.

*

Coordinate external marketing agencies, designers and other suppliers where required.

*

Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve engagement and return on investment.

*

Keep up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity.

*

Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to help the business reach new audiences and support continued growth.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic, commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing business.

Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role.

*

A strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management and content creation.

*

Experience developing and delivering successful multichannel marketing campaigns.

*

Knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising.

*

Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills.

*

Experience using marketing analytics to measure performance and improve results.

*

A creative mindset with the confidence to suggest new ideas and challenge existing approaches.

*

The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and work independently.

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in helping a business grow.

Previous experience within property investment, property development, financial services or another commercially focused sector would be advantageous, although candidates from other industries with strong marketing experience are equally encouraged to apply.
