We exist to serve the PR ecosystem, as we play a vital role in ensuring that our campaigns – and many of the other brilliant agencies we work with – are seen and heard by their target audiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing capabilities to join our talented team and elevate our digital presence.

Job Overview:

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance 72Point Group (and the brands within it) brand visibility and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, exceptional creative thinking, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
·

Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
·

Analyse and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
·

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
·

Manage all the brand within the group’s social media presence, creating and curating engaging content.
·

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
·

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
·

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
·

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
·

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
·

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
·

Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
·

Strong knowledge of web, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
·

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (ideally hubspot and salesforce).
·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
·

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
·

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
·

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
·

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
·

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
