Senior Marketing Executive

JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Executive

REPORTING TO: Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role of the Marketing Executive will be critical in ensuring the charity can gain more donations and change more lives as a result.

The Marketing Executive will provide support by the production of newsletters, bespoke mailings, social media (both paid-for and organic) and updating website pages as required.

KEY TASKS:

• Experience in the charity sector
• Enthusiastic in being mission led.

Newsletters:

• Working with the appropriate business lead - gather content, write and publish all marketing-focused newsletters.
• Establish the benchmark of ROE with each newsletter and maintain the threshold.
• Monitor the engagement and ROI of any services offered within the newsletters.

Website and Digital Marketing:

• Own and regularly review the website pages for a range of for the charities impact, mission, events and campaign landing pages.
• Report monthly on traffic to website pages – to all marketing team members.
• Own the email marketing system and CRM.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Website Manager to improve techniques such as Marketing Automation to help generate leads for BD and improve customer journeys.
• Own, manage and report on paid-for social media activities.
• Own, manage and report on PPC activities.

The salary for this role is based on years of experience, but ranges from £33 – 38k.
