ABOUT THE ROLE


This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and creative Senior Marketing Lead to join Autocab, an Uber company and the world's leading SaaS platform for the taxi and private hire industries.


 


With customers across more than 30 countries, Autocab continues to experience significant global growth, and we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior Marketing Lead to support the Head of Marketing in delivering impactful global marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital channels, and helping organise industry-leading events.


 


This is a fast-paced, highly visible role offering exposure to international markets, innovative technology, and one of the world's most recognised mobility brands.


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage day-to-day content creation and social media activity across multiple channels.

  • Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media, websites, events, webinars and customer stories.

  • Support the planning and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and events.

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns through Pardot, including content creation, design, banners, templates, audience segmentation, and reporting.

  • Help maintain and manage marketing leads within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data, lead tracking, campaign attribution, and reporting.

  • Support the Head of Marketing with the organisation and execution of tradeshows, roadshows, webinars, customer events, and partner activations across international markets.

  • Coordinate marketing assets including videos, case studies, product sheets, landing pages, presentations, and webinar content.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

  • Represent Autocab at industry events, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and customer meetings when required.

  • Support product and commercial marketing activity, including positioning, messaging, and development of sales enablement content

  • Assist with proposal development, including RFI and RFP responses.

  • Support marketing analytics, campaign attribution, and CRM reporting.

  • Apply AI tools and marketing automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

  • Support partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives, including Uber and other strategic partnerships.



QUALIFICATIONS


We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:



  • Proven experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing role.

  • Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and video formats.

  • Experience filming and editing video content using professional or consumer-grade equipment and editing software.

  • Experience managing social media platforms in a B2B environment.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar marketing and sales platforms.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising) would be highly advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or equivalent content creation tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised with strong project management and event coordination skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday 

  • Hybrid working model – our collab days are Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate Tuesdays
